Steel Bracers – 18 Gauge Steel

Our Steel bracers are a steel lower arm guard and will go with a large range of period outfits and weapons. These bracers are constructed from 18 gauge steel; central flute for extra strength, the interior is blackened and they are fitted to the arm with an adjustable set of brass buckles and leather straps. In many cases it was the only piece of armor worn, most often along with a mail shirt. Sold as a pair.
